1. Orders

Where can I place orders?

Production and sales are not undertaken by V.I.P. Pictures World GmbH but rather by a separate production and distribution company. Cristalica GmbH is the only production and distribution company at present. V.I.P. Pictures World GmbH expressly reserves the right to also commission other companies,particularly abroad,with production,sales and distribution in the future. If the item which you select displays another distributor in the distributor details section,then an agreement shall be concluded with this distributor. Cristalica GmbH will be your contracting partner if no distributor is stated.

How can I place orders?

If an item from our range has caught your eye and you would like to order it,simply click on the “Add to Basket” button.

You will then be shown that your item has been added to your basket. You are then able to continue shopping or go straight to the Checkout. The contents of your Basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on the “My Basket” symbol at the top of the page.

Checking that your order is correct

Please check that the correct items are displayed in the summary in your virtual basket before finally confirming your order.

If you are happy with everything then click on the “Checkout” button. This will automatically take you to the login page of our Shop.

This is where you’ll be able to register to receive our Newsletter,keeping you up to date with new information and offers about your VIPs!

Simply log in.

Is this your first time here in our Shop?

If so,then click on the “Register” (Registrieren) section.

Once we have been able to welcome you as a new online customer,you’ll be able to enter a password which will simplify and speed up the ordering process when you next order. This will save your profile and delivery address details.

Simply log in with your e-mail address and password. Once you are logged in,you’ll be taken to your Account page.

Filling in the order form

Please enter your billing address first of all. If required,you will also be able to enter a delivery address which is different from this billing address.

Once you have done this,please select the method of payment you would like to use.

The next step displays all of the details on a summary page. If all of the details are correct,simply confirm the order by clicking on the “Buy Now” (Jetzt kaufen) button.

This successfully completes the ordering process and you will shortly receive an order confirmation to your nominated e-mail address.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value in the VIP online Shop. You are able to place orders for any amount.

Where can I view my current order status?

You can see the status of your order when you are logged in by clicking on “My Account” and then selecting “My Orders”. All other account settings can also be amended here.

How do I redeem a voucher?

Simply follow the below steps to redeem your voucher:

  1. Add the item which you want to order to your Basket
  2. Go to your Basket
  3. A text field called “Discount Codes” can be found below the list of items in your Basket
  4. Enter the voucher code here
  5. Click on the “Accept” button. This will change the total sum to be paid at the bottom of the page
  6. Click on the “Checkout” button to proceed with the ordering process

What should I do when my voucher is not being accepted?

There are several reasons why your voucher may not be accepted when ordering:

  • There may be an error in the voucher code you have entered. Please check the code again.
  • Your voucher may only be valid upon reaching a certain order value and this amount has not yet been reached. Please check the voucher conditions again. They can be found next to the code.
  • Your voucher may only be valid for a limited period and this period may have already expired. Some promotions are restricted to a limited period due to competition laws and are not permitted to be extended.
  • Some vouchers may only be redeemed once per household. If this is the case then your voucher may no longer be available for use.

2. Prices and Payment

The prices advertised at the time of ordering shall apply.

If bulk prices are also offered in addition to the normal prices,these can be found on each product page.

All prices include the valid rate of VAT. Net prices apply for our business customers. No VAT will be charged for deliveries to non-EU countries. All taxes relating to customs duty and import charges are to be paid for by the recipient / purchaser.

Payment can be made by credit card on the www.VIP-Pictures.de platform (this is secured using 128-bit SSL encryption). Your credit card details will not be saved. Payments for your item(s) can also easily be made by using a bank transfer or PayPal.

We,Cristalica GmbH,reserve the right to exclude certain methods of payment due to the results of a credit check.

Should you fall behind with payment,we reserve the right to charge a reminder fee to the amount of EUR 5.00. In the event that you fall behind with payment,you shall be under the obligation to reimburse the costs which Cristalica GmbH incurs when pursuing you for appropriate compensation of our claims. The costs of such debt collection,notwithstanding the obligation to pay the costs of proceedings,include all out of court costs (in accordance with a standard tariff) incurred as a result of a licensed debt collection agency and of a lawyer assigned to the case.

Bonuses shall be forfeited upon returns in full or cancellations. Price promotions,including customer discounts,shall only apply until revoked. In the event of promotional campaigns running for a limited period,additional terms of use shall apply for each promotion. Any minimum purchase value which is stated shall apply to promotional campaigns. This relates to the value of the goods which are retained. As many of our products are manufactured and/or personalized according to customer requests,it is not possible to exchange or return goods. You can determine whether an item is produced upon customer request by looking at the Details section of the respective item under custom made design. If “Yes,returns or exchanges are not possible” (Ja,keine Rückgabe möglich) is stated there,then it is not possible to return or exchange that item.

Which company am I paying?

You are making a payment to Cristalica GmbH if no distributor is stated under the Details section or if Cristalica GmbH is stated as the distributor. However,if the Distributor field displays another distributor name then payments are made to this distributor,with Cristalica GmbH at first receiving the money from you in trust,and only paying the distributor once the delivery has been completed. In the event of a complaint or if your order has not been delivered,Cristalica GmbH shall retain your money until the situation has been clarified and shall only pay the distributor once this has been done. If your order is not delivered,Cristalica GmbH shall refund your money directly.

Payment by credit card:

The accepted payment types are Visa,Eurocard and MasterCard. Your payments are registered with us straightaway when paying by credit card. This enables us to process your order as quickly as possible. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.

Payment in advance:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us immediately after having confirmed your order. This e-mail will contain all of the information needed in order to make a transfer. Please always ensure that you quote the order number as a reference when paying. Incorrect or incomplete forms will results in us not being able to allocate or record your payment. Once the money has entered our account,we will process your order and release it for shipment as quickly as possible.

Payment via PayPal:

Payments via PayPalcan be made easily,quickly and securely using the internet. In doing so,your bank details or credit card details will not be passed on to us. We are able to start processing your order immediately if you pay by PayPal.

How secure is my online payment?

Your orders and personal data such as your name,address or information about your credit card are protected by the latest security systems. Data is encrypted when transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL),a security standard that is supported by most Internet browsers. This makes the data unreadable by third parties. Where is the Card Validation Code (CVC) on my credit card?

The CVC code is a security code which is printed on the credit card in addition to the credit card number. The purchaser enters this code during card not present transactions as a form of confirmation.

The aim of the CVC code is to prevent the misuse of stolen or counterfeited credit card details. The code has no mathematical connection to the actual credit card number and is not saved on the magnetic strip. It is not saved on EDP systems during payment procedures and does not appear on any payment bill.

The location of the CVC code depends on the type of credit card you have.

For MasterCard/EuroCard und VISA:the CVC code is made up of the last three digits of the number which can be found in the signature field on the back of the card.


3. Delivery and shipment

Which company will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by Cristalica GmbH,the Global Business Partner of VIP Pictures GmbH. If a distributor is stated for the item under Details,then your order will be delivered by this company. Cristalica may also commission other companies to deliver on their behalf.

How long will it take to deliver my order (delivery time)?

Delivery of items which you have ordered shall take place within a short period of time and with a great deal of reliability by the commissioned delivery service. This shall be DHL for deliveries within Germany. The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is 3 working days. Please refer to our delivery tablefor all other countries. The delivery time increases by approximately 4 additional days if custom-made products / personalized items are ordered. This applies to deliveries both within and outside of Germany.

The following notes should be take into consideration when placing an order which consists of several items with different lead times:

a) If all of the goods are shipped together,the delivery time of the item with the longest lead time shall be applicable for the entire shipment.

b) If the goods are shipped separately in part deliveries,subject to their availability,the lead times of each respective item shall be applicable. No additional shipping costs shall be incurred.

The deadline for delivery of the goods commences on the day after the goods are ready for shipment and ends following the last day of the delivery deadline. If the last day of the delivery deadline falls on a Saturday,Sunday or recognized public holiday at the delivery location,then the next working day shall instead be deemed the last day of delivery.

The time required to make the goods ready for shipment can be found in the additional information section on the product page under “Ready for shipment in” (Versandfertig in). If you are paying in advance,the deadline for preparing the goods for shipment commences on the day following receipt of payment. For all other methods of payment,this deadline shall commence on the day after concluding the agreement. In any case,this deadline ends on the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the delivery deadline falls on a Saturday,Sunday or recognized public holiday at the delivery location,then the next working day shall instead be deemed the last day of delivery.

How long does the production take (production duration)?

Please bear in mind that the actual delivery lead time is made up of production duration and delivery duration. If “Yes,returns or exchanges are not possible” (Ja,keine Rückgabe möglich) is stated under the Details section for the item,then the delivery lead time is increased by the production duration stated. This shall apply to orders with normal order quantities. The duration stated is an estimated production time which may be increased further if many changes are required to the product or there are new VIP products / designs which see an extremely high quantity of orders. If this is the case,we will let you know via e-mail. For new products or Limited Editions,the field “Delivery from” (Lieferung ab) may be added. In this case,the item can only be dispatched after the date stated. If it is possible to pre-order new products or Limited Editions,then the “Delivery from” field will also display the date from which eliveries are possible.

Once your order has been registered on our system,the information will be fed through the automated production logistics process and your ordered products will be sent for dispatch,as soon as they are ready.

Production time depends on the respective item and/or your selection made on the product page. Production can commence as soon as payment and the necessary information has been successfully received. It is not possible to make any subsequent changes once production has begun.

Please bear in mind that paying in advance increases the production time by approx. 3-5 working days due to the time needed for the bank to process the details.

A quick delivery can be ensured if the following conditions are met:

  • payment in full to our account
  • stating your complete address and/or billing address
  • having sufficient stock
  • If your own images / motifs are being used,the images / motifs must be available in the required quality (refer to Questions &Answers under Photo / Design quality) and the photos / designs must comply with our General Terms and Conditions (refer to T&Cs). The item will not be manufactured until these conditions have been met.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver you order quickly and reliably to any address worldwide with our partner,DHL. If you wish for your order to be delivered to an address other than your billing address,please state this on your order. If no other address is stated,we shall deliver to your billing address. The invoice shall be sent to the e-mail address given to us. The invoice shall also come with the delivered package,unless you have informed us otherwise.

Global deliveries

We can deliver your desired items worldwide.

Special conditions apply to deliveries to destinations abroad:

Import duty,fees and taxes are collected by the respective customs office. These are to be paid for by the recipient. These charges are in accordance with the import conditions of the respective recipient country. Please contact the relevant customs office for more information on this matter.

Shipment to other countries is only possible if you inquire about the shipping costs before placing an order. Please also take into consideration the details noted in the T&Cs with regards to shipments to non-EU countries. For orders delivered by other distributors,please take note of their respective T&Cs.

The following table lists the delivery lead times for shipment to other countries. The delivery times for personalized items increase by approximately 4 additional days.

The transportation costs are automatically calculated and displayed upon entering your delivery address in the shipping cost calculator which can be found in your Basket. The transportation costs include a contribution towards packaging,transport and insurance.

Shipment to other countries is only possible if you inquire about the shipping costs before placing an order.

What are the shipping costs for our business customers?

The costs can be found using our shipping cost table. The transportation costs are automatically calculated and displayed net upon entering your delivery address in the shipping cost calculator which can be found in your Basket. Goods shall be shipped at the net transportation cost displayed by the shipping cost calculator. The transportation costs include a contribution towards packaging,transport and insurance.

Shipment to other countries is only possible if you inquire about the shipping costs before placing an order.


4. Exchanges &Returns

4.1. Returns

In the event of cancelling the delivery

You must send back or transfer the goods to the distributor immediately and in all cases no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of the agreement. This deadline shall be considered met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

You shall bear the costs of returning the shipment if the delivered goods are consistent with the order and you just wish to return the item(s) for personal reasons.

Return shipment in the event of defects is free of charge for you (refer to defects).

In the event of defects

Information regarding liability for defects:Liability for defects shall apply as determined by law.

The defective goods shall be sent back to the distributor at the distributor’s own cost.

Please contact the distributor’s Service Team in order for the distributor to begin processing the return shipment straightaway. They shall issue you with a return delivery note free of charge. For return shipments to Cristalica GmbH,you can request a return delivery note by emailing Ruecklieferung@vip-pictures.com.

IMPORTANT:Please do not return the goods to us without prepayment. This will help avoidany unnecessary costs.

Please package the goods in the same way that you received them from us. The goods must be protected by the sender against damage during transit.

4.2. Damage during shipment that is apparent upon delivery? This is what you should do:

If you discover visible damage to the outside of your delivery,do not accept the delivery and make a note on the delivery papers that there is damage. If the damage is only discovered at a later date,then please fill out this advice of damage noticeon the computer. aus.

Please do not return the damaged goods to the distributor. Inform the distributor as soon as you can and take the package,together with the advice of damage notice,to your nearest Deutsche Post branch or office which carries out deliveries from your country.

The damaged package will then be passed on to the packaging test unit in conjunction with the advice of damage notice.

Please ensure that you take with you all items that concern the delivery (including cushioning material or similar).

The distributor should be promptly informed in all cases!
